Born 1989 in Coburg (D), lives in Basel since 1996
I was interested in acting (both in film and theatre) from an early age.
My first stage experiences were at the Kleinen Bühne, the Schauspielhaus and the Junges Theater Basel. I was also allowed to act in the professional production "Next Level Parzival" directed by Sebastian Nübling. From then on, I eagerly looked for internships in film and theatre.
In the meantime, I spent several months at the Theater Basel and the Theatre National de Luxembourg as a director's hospitant and was able to gain several weeks of experience as a production assistant at Mutter und Vater Filmproduktion GmbH in Berlin or at Alex Hagmann Film Video in Basel. In the summer of 2009, I was involved in the production of a feature film as a third assistant director on the set of "Trouble No More" in Luxembourg. For three years I got involved in the Kaserne Basel and the Culturescapes Festival as a cashier, freelancer, set-up helper, best boy, intern, flyer distributor and jack of all trades. In August 2013, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Hyperwerk Institute at the Basel School of Art and Design. Since then I have been working as a filmmaker and video technician at Point de Vue in Basel.
